At last - a free intelligent popup stopper from EMS-Project that really works. Free Surfer mk II and its fs-20 engine does not in any way interfere with opening new windows ('Natural' mode). For internet heavy users there are still the old 'one browser mode' (Strict mode), where you control all the opening popups by pressing Ctrl or Shift or using right mouse menu.
