Pi-hole - a black hole for Internet advertisements.
Requires very little of the hardware (512 MB RSM, about 52 MB free space), can be installed on most Debian-based Linuxes. Officially supported:
It needs port 53 for DNS and 80 for the Web server. However, the Web server port can be modified to a non-standard one if needed. So it can be installed on a Raspberry Pi.
